So we give you FREE POSTAGE in the UK, whatever the value of your order. Some websites do free delivery, but only if you plaqce an order of, say £50. We're different. Wherever you live in the United Kingdom and yes, that includes Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Wight, Man, Lewis and Skye, postage will be FREE.
How Long Will My Parcel Take To Arrive?
Our free service uses standard packet post, so we reckon two to five days - two or three days being the norm.
What If I Want Express Delivery?

What If I Need My Goods Shipping Overseas?
Naturally, we'd be delighted to supply you wherever you live. Of course, if the package is to go outside the European Union, then you don't have to pay our Value Added Tax. We show every item with the VAT-free price as well as the normal British Retail Price. If you place your order without contacting us for a quote first, we'll process your order and charge the postage, but only if we deem the amount 'reasonable'. What's If The Goods Arrive Damaged?
Our packing department has an excellent record, but if by any chance, the goods do arrive damaged, our returns policy is dead simple. Post them back within 7 days, making sure you return the packing to us in re-usable condition, and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement to you. Of course, we'll refund your postage too. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE SECOND CLASS PACKET POST. If you're unsure what to do, just call 01604 637596.
What If The Goods Aren't Suitable?
Again - it's easy. If you decide the item isn't right for you, just send it back in it's original packaging, making sure the box is in re-usable condition and we'll refund the original cost of the item. Unfortunately, we can't refund your postage under these circumstances.
What If My Goods Aren't In Stock?
It doesn't happen often, but if we are out of stock of your item, then we'll let you know by email, telling you how long you'll have to wait. Then, unless you cancel your order, we'll assume you still want it and we'll post it to you, as soon as we receive it. The important thing is - WE NEVER TAKE YOUR MONEY UNTIL THE GOODS ARE WITH US AND READY FOR POSTING.
